Course Overview: Certificate in Caregiving / Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

Our Caregiver/healthcare assistant Training program blends classroom learning with real-world experience to prepare you for a fulfilling career in patient care. During the first months, you’ll focus on core theory—covering basic nursing skills, hygiene, nutrition, safety, and emotional support. The latter months of the program are dedicated to a practical attachment, where you’ll apply what you’ve learned in hospitals, clinics, or homecare environments under professional supervision.

The course runs for 3 trimesters in total and costs KSh 30,000 per trimester, inclusive of training materials, assessments, and supervised practical sessions. By the end of the course, you’ll be fully equipped to provide compassionate, high-quality care in homes, healthcare facilities, and community settings — both locally and abroad.
