To enroll in our Healthcare Assistant / CNA international Course, applicants should meet the following criteria:​

  • Academic Qualification: KCSE mean grade of D- (Minus).​

Course Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training

This 6-month certificate course blends classroom instruction with supervised clinical practice for a well-rounded learning experience. The first 4 months cover foundational nursing theory and skills, while the remaining 2 months focus on a practical attachment in healthcare facilities. The course duration is 6 months and costs KSh 68,500, inclusive of training materials, assessments, and clinical placement. Offered at Paula Training Institute in Nairobi, the CNA course provides intakes in January, May, and September. By the end of the program, participants will be fully equipped with internationally relevant healthcare skills to assist registered nurses and deliver patient-centered care across hospitals, clinics, and community health settings.
